Hi Everyone! I am still fairly new to MFP and after what seems to be a never ending roller coaster to my weight loss. I am determined to make this time FINAL! I would really appreciate anyone's suggestions on Mini Goals to shoot for. I am currently at 193 and MY every so desire is to get to 140 lbs I am not sure realistically what's the Mini Goals I should be setting to get there.

Thank you for your time, and support

It's Been 1 month and 2 weeks Since I quit Smoking YAY!! :smokin:

interested in seeing the responses - I've just set my mini goals up on my signature now, but didn't put dates in there and wondering if I should

My mini goal is each week: either 2 lbs or 2 total inches.

Today, I arbitrarily set this as a mini goal with a reward...when I lose 5 more pounds, I will buy myself some really nice big coffee/tea mugs. I drink green tea in the morning, but I usually want a big mug. I currently only have a couple. Might sound like a silly little goal, but I really want some but I think I should earn them. :)

no goal is too little, it's a motivational boost - and why not treat yourself with something small that isn't going to break the bank or involve food!
