1 week in with progress pics

So I have only lost 2 pounds. But buy cutting out all the processed garbage and what not I think you can really tell a difference.

Maybe you should reconsider your goal weight. I noticed that you are wanting to lose quite a bit more!! Are you sure you shouldn't cut that in half?? You look sensational already!!!0

Just do weight training and cardio to sculpt and tone... looks like thats all you need!0

Isn't it amazing how the processed foods can make you retain so much water in our middle section...bet you are already feeling better flushing the junk out! Keep up the great work, you'll be loving your body more and more everyday!0

I cant believe how by just changing thing I put in my mouth makes such a difference... I honestly believe its not about calories (yes, its importnat) but the TYPE of foods you put in your mouth.. All that processed junk is so bad and makes you eat more.. I now eat alot of vegtables and good protien and I am full ALL THE TIME.. I never feel hungry.. Yes, I run several miles a day, but watching what goes in your mouth is the key I believe..
I was always 125-130 until I was 19. I will kind of go pound by pound until im toned and feel good. If I think I look good enough at 140, I will stay there. But I know I can get to 135, and I will :happy:0 -

I can definitely see the change...Please share some tips on how you got that little pudge to go down..I have one to and it's gets on my nerves...I hate ab workouts and my meal plans are pretty good..0

Mine went down with my diet. I think the mixture of adding fiber and decreasing sodium really helped my pootch.. I still have a long ways to go to get that tummy flat as a bored0
