I just make my own with a little olive oil, balsamic vinegar an whatever spices I feel like having. Way better for you too - less preservatives and crap

Not that I don't enjoy a bottled dressing now and then ...

Kraft Free Caesar Italian and Kraft Free Thousand Island... the Caesar Italian is really good; the Thousand Island is a little lacking in flavor, but if you want a creamy dressing (I got sick of Italian-type and vinaigrette dressings) when it's a good option.

I like the balsmic vinegarete.......low in calories and all that kind of stuff.
Be careful,,,,,jus because some say low fat or fat free some are still high in sodium.

anything fat-free from maple grove farms of vermont, especially they're wasabi dijion and cranberry balsamic. if you're looking for low-cal options that are also really good, i'd try them out. i'm especially in love with all the different and interesting varieties they have.

I make my own salsa for dressings :) 15 cal, 0 fat, 0 sodium.
  • I also use the spritzer kind - I think Wishbone makes them - I use the vinaigrette and have used the rasberry one. They were both really good :D

Ranch dry mix with1 pint plain, fat-free greek yogurt. Makes about 15 2-tbsp servings. Each serving is only 23 cals, but also has 3g of protein.

I too am a fan, BIG fan, of Maple Grove of Vermont... The Balsamic Vinagrette is probably my favorite.

Also -- have you looked at Walden Farms? They have a big line of 0 calorie, 0 sugar, 0 fat salad dressing... All of their stuff is the 0, 0, 0... I have had the Ketchup and the BBQ sauce so far... I have some salad dressing in the fridge but haven't tried it because... well, I just keep getting a little weirded out by it -- but the ketchup has been a lifesaver (not really ketchup as I know it, but the flavor is good and I use it in cooking vs. actually dipping something in it). Tonight was the first time for the BBQ sauce -- and I haven't made up my mind yet. I know people who swear by the stuff though... so again, I am trying some it.

    Good Luck!

I'm weird so this may not work for everyone, but when I'm eating a salad I want it to be completely healthy so I sprinkle spices/seasoning on my salad for flavor and to keep it from being too dry I add one tablespoon of flax oil (an EFA or essential fatty acid)

occasionally I'll put one tablespoon of ranch dressing on it haha

Aldi's brand (Light and Fit or something like that) Light Caesar.

My favorite dressing (which might as well be a dessert because there ain't NOTHIN' healthy about it) is a bleu cheese dressing my mother in law makes. OMG to DIE for. Seriously. I could eat it with a spoon, right out of the jar, no veggies involved to corrupt it.
