Kraft Free Ranch is pretty good. I also like Kraft Free Italian.0

I just make my own with a little olive oil, balsamic vinegar an whatever spices I feel like having. Way better for you too - less preservatives and crap
Not that I don't enjoy a bottled dressing now and then ... :bigsmile:0 -

My fav too!0 -
Kraft Free Caesar Italian and Kraft Free Thousand Island... the Caesar Italian is really good; the Thousand Island is a little lacking in flavor, but if you want a creamy dressing (I got sick of Italian-type and vinaigrette dressings) when it's a good option.0

Kraft Light Parmesan Asiago Balsamic, SO YUMMY! (40 cals for 2 Tbls)0

Yummo!!! What brand is this????0 -
Annie's Naturals lite gingerly viniagrette. The honey mustard and mango by this brand are also very good.0
-
I actually use 1/4 cup of cottege cheese with a teaspoon of ranch dry seasoning (hidden valley) mixed in.0
-
I like the balsmic vinegarete.......low in calories and all that kind of stuff.
Be careful,,,,,jus because some say low fat or fat free some are still high in sodium.0 -
I mix a Tablespoon of Orange Juice with 2 Tablespoons of white basalmic vinegar...it's so good!0

anything fat-free from maple grove farms of vermont, especially they're wasabi dijion and cranberry balsamic. if you're looking for low-cal options that are also really good, i'd try them out. i'm especially in love with all the different and interesting varieties they have.0

I make my own salsa for dressings
15 cal, 0 fat, 0 sodium.

I also use the spritzer kind - I think Wishbone makes them - I use the vinaigrette and have used the rasberry one. They were both really good0

So is it a recipe? I have a recipe book but didn't see it.0

I'm a huge fan of the Cranberry Balsamic myself!0 -

Agree! Yum!0 -
Ranch dry mix with1 pint plain, fat-free greek yogurt. Makes about 15 2-tbsp servings. Each serving is only 23 cals, but also has 3g of protein.0

Maple Grove Farms of Vermont Fat Free Balsamic Vinigarette.
15 cals for 2 TBS and lower sodium than anything else I could find.0 -
I too am a fan, BIG fan, of Maple Grove of Vermont... The Balsamic Vinagrette is probably my favorite.
Also -- have you looked at Walden Farms? They have a big line of 0 calorie, 0 sugar, 0 fat salad dressing... All of their stuff is the 0, 0, 0... I have had the Ketchup and the BBQ sauce so far... I have some salad dressing in the fridge but haven't tried it because... well, I just keep getting a little weirded out by it -- but the ketchup has been a lifesaver (not really ketchup as I know it, but the flavor is good and I use it in cooking vs. actually dipping something in it). Tonight was the first time for the BBQ sauce -- and I haven't made up my mind yet. I know people who swear by the stuff though... so again, I am trying some it.
Good Luck!0 -
I'm weird so this may not work for everyone, but when I'm eating a salad I want it to be completely healthy so I sprinkle spices/seasoning on my salad for flavor and to keep it from being too dry I add one tablespoon of flax oil (an EFA or essential fatty acid)
occasionally I'll put one tablespoon of ranch dressing on it haha0 -
Aldi's brand (Light and Fit or something like that) Light Caesar.
My favorite dressing (which might as well be a dessert because there ain't NOTHIN' healthy about it) is a bleu cheese dressing my mother in law makes. OMG to DIE for. Seriously. I could eat it with a spoon, right out of the jar, no veggies involved to corrupt it.0
