Another newbie

Hello. I am trying this out to see if I can hold myself more accountable to what I am putting in my mouth. I get bored at work in the afternoons and find myself wanting to snack. So tracking every calorie should help. I do boot camp 3x a week and cardio 3x a week. Just looking to lose a few pounds and tone up some more. We shall see how this goes.
