Hi everyone, i realized that i found myself affraid of the scale and found that i was more comfortable in sweats then my jeans. I had to make a change. im really excited my friends recommended this site. im looking forward to see my progress and the progress of others motivate me. so good luck to everyone.

    Welcome and good luck I joined on Monday and I have loved everyday of it so far.
