Has anyone ever taken TRX Suspension classes? I will be starting this weekend but noticed that it isn't in the exercise database. Any ideas?

I LOVE my TRX. It keeps me out of the gym, and sweating at my house. And for me, this is working really well. I bought mine on Ebay, and love it. It's smaller than a big piece of workout equipment, so it's easy to store, easy to take when traveling, and easy to learn and use. Before I bought mine, I took some classes with a trainer at my local YMCA. He taught me the basics, and it seems like no matter how much you know, there's always more to learn, and another level to look forward to.

So after taking your first bit of classes, what do you think?

As for TRX and Myfitnesspal.com, I was wondering the same thing. How would I enter this? Last thing I want to do is enter each individual TRX exercise into the database. I've come across alot of posts here on MFP and have yet to use them or my HRM to figure it out. In the meantime, I'm working out and making my body mad at me, which makes me VERY happy!

I really enjoy it! The class I take is a cardio circuit TRX so I decided just to log it as circuit training. Kicks my butt every week and I have noticed a big difference in my fitness since starting it! Where do you anchor yours at home?

I had to chime in just to say that I am interested in this topic. I have been thinking of buying some TRX bands, but haven't a good idea of how to use them and whether I could anchor them in my home.
