I am new, and I'm having a very hard time tracking my weight training, and it doesn't show up on calories burned. I estimate at my intensity, I'm burning at least 400-500 calories with every weight training session.

I put it under cardio, that's the only way you will be able let show how many calories you burn.0

i use a strength training entry in the database, it burns almost 200 calories per half hour0

Decided a while back to invest in a HRM (Heart Rate Monitor). One of the best investments ever made to my exercise regime. It's way more accurate and I know when I'm in my fat burning zone.0

it doesnt give calories for specific weight training entries, due to it being so complicated to get the right amount of calories burned,
so many factors weigh in such as how long each break is between reps, how many reps, how slow your doing reps, how fast your doing reps, weight, how much muscle you already have, etc etc etc
thats why under the "cardiovascular" options there is a "strength training" option to select, which estimates calories but cant be necessarily 100% accurate0 -
thanks
