Post Card Challenge Round 20

Hi everyone,

I just found out that I won Postcard Challenge Round 19. It was my first time joining this challenge and I was very surprised I won! :noway:

As the winner of this round I will be sending you a postcard from La Crescent, Minnesota. It's a smaller city (~5000) across the Mississippi River from Wisconsin...where most people work...including me.

So the challenge starts today Mon. April 18th and ends in ~2 weeks Sun. May 1st. We kinda got behind waiting for some people to enter there results so lets try to all be on time..shall we....thanks :flowerforyou:

Feel free to post your goals for the next 2 wks if you so desire...it's a great way to check up on yourself!

Here's my start weight 196.4 and my goals: Jillian Michaels (Ripped in 30 wk 4) 3x/wk
Cardio 5 days a week
12+ cups of water a day
stay under calorie goal

    I weigh 158 and want desperately to get down to 156 this time in!!

    Goals:

    To not miss a day on here for the next two weeks
    To continue going to the gym at least five days a week
    To keep doing strength training to lose those inches!
    To continue to make healthy lunches and dinners so everyone in my household can have healthy options.

    Good grief!!!! You don't rest on your laurels!!!!

    Starting weight = 181lbs

    I'm sticking to walking with Leslie Sansone EVERY morning. I'm also going to try do some ab work each day. Will keep up with the water consumption, my JD2 sessions and C25K training. I'm starting week 7 again this week because I missed a week!!!! Pah!!!

    Starting weight for challenge=213
    goal by May 1=208. (5#)

    To have 14 successful diary days with no "mess up indulgences.
    To drink 10 cups of water each day
    cardio 3 hours each week
    strength/ABS/arms atleast three sessions per week

    Starting weight from Monday is 243.4

    Goals are Water, Water and some more Water. Plus sticking with the gym and advancing a level on the C25K program

    Lost the thread for the last challenge so I am happy I spotted round 20.

    Congrats pjfmaui73 on your win. I am from right around your neck of the woods. I work in Welch Mn by Red Wing.

    I am starting this challenge at 167

    Goals
    some form of exercise 3 times a week
    drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
    lose an inch around my waist AND my hips

    Okay I am in! Hopefully this time around I don't end up sick and stuck in bed when I'm suppose to be posting my end weight :laugh:

    Starting weight as of this morning: 214.5

    I swear one of these days I'll get fully back on track and quit floating around in the 210's :grumble:

    Goals for next to weeks:
    1. to be in the 220's (1st time since high school)
    2. 30 Day Shred every other day
    3. eat fish three times a week

    I'm in if it's not too late.

    Of yesterday I was 237.5 pounds.

    My goals are to do 5 days of cardio a week. Drink my 8 glasses of water a day and get a better hold on my eating.

    I'd really love to play! I know I'm a day late but, I can still do it if its cool with everyone. I am weighing 191.8 and am hoping to be at 185 by teh first.
    My goals are to lose that weight.
    And to walk the dog, daily, epic walks, not the regular.
    And to stay under calorie goal for the whole time.
    And to get my water in.

    I weigh-in's on Wed. so my weight today is 195. I'm done 1.4lbs. My end weigh-in day for this challenge will be next Wed. 4/27

    Not happy:sad: My weight is going up!!!!! I'm 184lbs, as of this morning!!!!! Will have to keep an eye on things. Could be the exercise I'm doing, who knows...

    I will see 170s either this challenge or the next!!!!!!

    Checking in. Confession. I had one indulge day since the 18th, have not met my water goal on any day.......but happy to say....I think I'm gonna meet my 5# challenge by the first. Stepping up cardio and water!!!! Hope everyone is doing well! Xoxo. Thanks for this challenge!

    I'm done, weighed in today and I'm at 192.6...that's 3.8lbs lost over the past 2 weeks :bigsmile:

    I did say May 1st which is Sunday but it's a day short of 2 weeks so if everyone including you want to wait until Mon. the 2nd I'm totally fine with that :happy:

    cardio 3 hours each week. MET
    strength/ABS/arms atleast three sessions per week MET

    I added updates to each goal I had. Not sure I will be able to weigh in tomorrow, so did it today :).
    I am .6 pounds from this challenge.
    Thank you for offering this mini goal to keep me motivated. :)

    Starting weight = 181lbs

    I went through a bit of a 'funk' this week so decided to go with the flow! Managed to only put on 2lbs so my end weight is 183lbs. Think the 'funk' was due to TOM making an appearance.

    I'll post my weight tomorrow morning (UK morning!!) I gained four pounds these past two weeks (had father in law here, and we did a lot of bad eating and travelling which also resulted in bad eating!!). BUT I have managed to lose three of those four pounds. So right now I'm at +1, but I'm hoping to see a further drop tomorrow? I would love to get that last pound out of the way so I can keep trying!
