I've bought a couple things...I really want to start shopping soon, I just don't know what to get people yet! I usually don't know what to get them until last minute anyway...I think that is why I am having problems. I hate shopping when it's so crowded at xmas time!!

I'M DONE I'M DONE I'M DONE! I couldn't be more excited about being done & not having to worry about spending any more $ on anything. It is a "small" Christmas this year, but I'm done none the less.

Losing_It - that cartoon is hilarious!

    Good question.:embarassed:

I never start until the last minute.....until retailers start sweating to make sales. I get things cheaper that way.

My sons birthday is on Thanksgiving so I figure that's enough shopping for me for one month.

I'm usually a last minute shopper but I'd like to get a start on the kids gifts a little earlier this year. My son's bd-ay is the day AFTER Christmas...double whammy!

Blessedly, I'm not under any more pressure for Christmas. My two kids are grown and pretty easy to please -- clothes and music, underwear and Axe body spray. BF never wants anything for Christmas. And our budget is super-tight. I'm just not in the mood for Christmas this year. To the point where I"m not even going to bother to decorate or put up a tree. BF wants to, so that's his baby - he's on his own. Cooking? He11, I'm just going out to a Chinese restaurant that day!

So I don't even need to start til the week before.

I have bought a couple things for my 2 year old and only because we see it in the store and she has to have it then but by the time we get home she has forgotten about it so I hide it in the closet for christmas. My hubby it she hardest person to shop for he always tells me he doesn't need anything.

The major purchase is out of the way.....now just have to buy the presents from Santa, and one for hubby.

Definitly a "trimmed" down Christmas this year. Usually I don't even pay attention to what I spend, but this year I'm going to more quality items.

Cross your fingers that hubby listens to what I say, and gets me a HRM for Xmas....It's the only thing I have said I really want.
