Hello there, my name is Kristin and I am brand new to this site. I love it so far, it seems like it will really simplify things for me as far as keeping track of what I'm eating, so I can actually lose weight. I only want to lose like 15 pounds, but those 15 are hard to lose!! Anyways, I would love to meet new people to talk with on here, I could always use some encouragement.... So if you'd like, go ahead and add me, =0)

    Hi, I just joined last night...I have about 15 lbs as well...I just can NOT
    move the weight...but this seems to MAKE me watch the calories...
    I just have to amp up my excercise!!! Good Luck!

  • Gidday - I joined this site just over a month ago and have already lost 7kg - so you can do it.

    This app is so easy to use and it is the longest time (in a long time) I have stuck to a "diet" - probably because this time it isn't a diet - it is just a conscience involvement in the betterment of my future health
