Girl at the gym gave me a NSV!

A girl who usually takes the same classes as me stopped me today after class and told me I was "ROCKIN" my new workout pants and my legs looked awesome! WAHOOOO! I just bought these pants a size smaller than normal: Medium! YAHOOOOO!

    Non Scale Victory !!! and sometimes I think they are better than actually seeing the scales move .... got a nsv today myself compliment from my co-workers... yay for NSV'S !!!!
