UGH! I knew this would happen eventually, but I can't seem to get back on track with eating and drinking water, after a week of screwing up! What do you do to get yourself back on track?

Hi there, dont feel bad it happens to the best of us :ohwell: . One thing that helps me drink water is using a straw, it makes me go through water fast and easy. Try that and I hope it works! congrats on the 16lbs you lost!!
  • Hi,
I agree with amberly. it happens to all of us. one thing that helps me to get back on track after is looking up a new healthy recipe and cooking it. especially when it is nice, then i get the motivation to stick to it and keep on being healthy.

and thank you amberly for the idea with the straw! I must try that.

take care and good luck.

Sam thing here...I've had a bad few days and everyday I say I am going to get back on track
Today I am writing EVERYTHING down (I got a little lazy)....I'm also going to try and stay out of the house and as busy as possible
I know the few first days of getting back on track will be rough...

    GOOD LUCK
    Kim

You made a good first step posting here. Focus on the basics again. Like Kim said, log EVERYTHING that way you can see again what you're putting into your body & how much exercise you'll have to do to burn it off. You can do this Elizabet! You've had a good start & you can make it the rest of the way. Maybe try a new exercise or like Hanna said, a new recipe! It'll get your body & your mind back in gear. Good luck to you! :flowerforyou:
