HELLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPP.......:explode:

Im cravin for a bar of snickers.... rite now... Jus done wid my lunch...n i badly badly feel like eatin a chocolate..
the only ones available @ offc are mars, snickers, galaxy, bounty!! :blushing:

I chkd out all thier calorie content...pretty much d same... 100gms has arnd 500calories!!!!!!!

    Don't do it!!! Think about how long it will take you to work that off! It's not worth it. Word is that most cravings will go away in about 10 min. Hang on. To help you with this overwhelming chocolate craving in the future, get some Sugar free Hershey's dark chocolate. Dark Chocolate is rich so it feels like your getting a lot and one mini bar is only 38 cals! It's my savior.

    Depends on your calorie intake for today, what are you plannign for dinner?
    If I'm desperate for chocolate, I tend to have half, and give the rest away - that way, it's only 250 calories you'll have to juggle - hope this helps :flowerforyou:

    my dinner will mostly be corn flakes wid slim milk!! :sad:

    abt calorie intake...I dunno whats got into me, but i have not logged my food for d last 4days....:frown:
    I know its not good...but somehow I have begun to think, since I fairly know all d calorie counts n my eatin habbits are mostly d same, I know I dont cross my intake limit... At tyms infact, I consume too less!!:sick:

    Today: brkfast was around 300cals
    snack was a salad ( no dressing) ...less dan 100cals
    lunch was arnd 300 cals

    dat 700 of the 1300 i m permitted...

    ok can I eat half a bar of snickers?? O r u guys goin to write back makin me feel better?? :cry:

    today is the 1st tym I m craving for a chocolate in months!!! :sick:

    Hmmm, firstly you MUST eat your daily calories - or you'll starve yourself - but then, I'm pretty sure you already know that, secondly, do you have any chewing gum in your drawer, or does anyone else ???
    If you've only got 600 calories left for the day, then i'd stay away from the chocolate - it'll only make you feel worse when you realise tonight that you've only got that bowl of cornflakes to welcome you from a hard days work - unless you're planning to exercise this evening of course.

    Got help wid some work... thankfully...n i HAD almost forgotten abt tghe chocolate.. (O Really??? :ohwell: )

    Yes I do some aerobic for a hour on all weekdays...I walk for 15mins briskly to my class( as i m always late :smile: ) n walk back leisurely takin arnd 25mins... ( d distance is around 1.25kms)
    n I walk agin every nite for an hour... jus ecently started this trend n Im lovin it.. :happy:

    I take d stairs n dont even look at the elevators at my wrk place ( easy- m on d 2nd floor)

    But in total I burn around 550-600 cals from excercise..

    So maybe I cud eat dat chocolate widout feelin too guilty.... :devil: But I tell u the pleasure of not succumbing to any temptation feels great!!!:bigsmile:

    I think Ill go have my cup of tea now... Thanks to u pals...U helped!! ( O was it my wrk??) :bigsmile:

    then that means you have 1,900 calories to consume in a day - so a little 'naughty' food now and again will not hurt you - honestly, I ate 5 mini quality street chocolates last night, and still lost weight this morning :drinker: :bigsmile:

    thik im fine for d day...jus had Ginger tea...was good!!

    My Love is comin down over d weekend to see me...So i guess I can swallow all those temptin things over d next two days...
    But den I lose calories wid him too... huh huh... rite!! U know what I mean!! :bigsmile:
