Pizza Hut help!

Tomorrow I am eating at Pizza Hut with my grandparents, cousins and brother. I don't know what to eat.

Right now I am thinking that I will only eat at the salad bar, but hopefully I can have one slice of pizza. Here are my issues: I gave up sugar for lent. Supposedly the "thin n crispy" type crust has no sugar added and neither does the regular sauce, but do they offer either of these on the buffet? And what sizes are the pizza on the buffet? Medium? Large? What else is healthy there, and what is the lowest calorie slice I can get away with.

I know I have a lot of questions, but thanks in advance!!

I honestly would not eat pizza hut, but, if you're going to, just portion it. I can't say anything on that menu aside from salad, is going to be good for you, but if you portion it you can go about your day and "make up for it" the rest of the week :)

If you eat pizza go for the veggie thin crust...a lot fewer calories. Stick with water and salad and you'll do fine
  • You can have a slice of pizza, just don't over do it! Plan ur calories right now for tomorrow...its all abt portion control n stayiing in ur calorie range! Hope u have fun tho! I love family get togethers

My boyfriend's favorite is the PH buffet. When I walk in, I ask if they can put a thin n' crispy veggie lovers out. They will make it fresh, and it is so good! It's the best, but I always plan the rest of my day on knowing I will be eating it. I think it's 180 per slice (buffet pizzas are mediums). Good luck! All food can be included in a sensible plan. At least that's what I believe. Just plan ahead, and you'll be fine!

It's always hard to eat at restaurants, especially fast food type places. But it can be done. I actually allow myself pizza every other week. And I sometimes get pizza hut pizza. I don't know if you're planning on getting pizza hut buffet or if you're ordering pizza but I always order a medium thin crust pizza, light on the cheese and something with veggies as the topping. You can find the nutrition info on the pizza website, along with most food places. Most of them have food calculators so you can figure up what your specific item's facts are. Just be sure to factor your day around what you think you'll be eating or know you're going to order something just for you and stick to that item. It's tough but you can do it.

The salad bars don't have pizza on them....and if you can eat anywhere else I think you will have more choices than just eating at the salad bar.

yeah, they have thin n' crispy on the buffet. I had it for the first time last week and it was SOOOO good!

why is everyone having such a fit about her going to pizza hut? this isn't a diet, it is a lifestyle and you can still have what you want to eat. You just have to have portion control! GEESH!

in the "eat this, not that" book it says the personal pan all natural pepperoni pizza has about 550 calories. not bad and good portion control

    Thanks for everyone's replies.

For those who suggest going somewhere else, I wish I could, but that's not an option. Depending on what I see at the salad bar when I get there, I will decide whether I will have a piece of pizza or not. If any, it will be a Thin N Crispy
