Im having trouble with my food choices and eating enough cal

I tend to gain weight very quickly when I eat carbs, so I generally don't eat too much of them (some crakers as a snack). Im used to my protein . . . eggs for breakfast, chicken burger (patty only) for lunch, and tuna and cheese to munch on throughout the day. The thing is, all that adds up to like 600 calories and I know its not enough, but I get so full from all the protein! I suppose I could start throwing in some almonds during the day (I know theyre good and high cal) . . . Any other suggestions?

More fresh fruit and Vegetables. Low cal, generally low in carbs. Also lean read meat, and whole grains.0

Try blending some things for a high calorie shake to fill up the rest of your goal. Some of my favorites, peanut butter - banana - milk - maybe some fruits (strawberry blueberries)0
