Hi All
So, over the past week and a half I have lost 3kgs... its really started to Plateau and I would like to loose another 2kgs over a 2 week period.
My diet has been like this
Breakfast - Trimmed Bacon and an egg on a wholegrain slice of toast
Morning Tea - 50g serve of protein
Lunch - cold meat (turkey or ham) and salad
Afternoon Tea - protein bar
Dinner - 100G serving of beef/lamb/pork or the likes and steamed veggies or salad
After Dinner - another 50g serve of protein.
I have been basing it on the bodytrim diet - but I lost 2 of those 3kgs in the first 3 days.
I am also drinking a minimum of 2L of water. I am doing an hour of excersise twice a week too
Does anyone have any suggestions to help push these extra two kilos off?
Thanks

Are you eat back your exercise cals? I found when I plateaued recently it was mainly because I wasn't eating enough. I started eating back all my exercise cals (I was eating about 1/2 before) and increased my water intake to 2.5 - 3L a day and slowly the weight is shifting again. I also upped my calorie target from 1200 to 1380.
You could also try adding in some resistance training once or twice a week. If you Google "bodyweight exercises" you should be able to find some exercises you can do at home.0
