    yay, thank you! I've been doing level 1 this whole time, but pushing myself as hard as I can. I am just barely starting out on level 2, which is SOO hard! But that's exactly how I felt at first on level 1, so I am confident it is possible lol! I'm not really concerned about rushing my weight loss, so I've been doing this at least 5 times per week, with 40 minutes of walking afterward. I would be happy if I lost 30 lbs within a year! All of you can do it!

    btw, I am not really sure how much I have lost, I do not have a scale :-/

    I can totally relate, level 2 is SO brutal but I hear that level 3 is better than level 2...something to look forward to? :laugh:

    I definitely hope so...this work out is going to kill me! The cardio moves on level 2 are much more tiring, I find myself pausing to catch my breath lol.
