Weigh in on Sunday morning's, so yesterday I was 3.6 pounds down for last week, for a total of 29 pounds in 12 weeks. Next mini-goal, be at least down 30 pounds for Easter next Sunday.0

I am on the slow plan - going for 0.5 pounds a week. Lost 5 pounds so far, 12 to go.0

Today I am 244.8lbs and lost 3lbs this past week, yay!0

Tuesdays are my weigh in days. Came in at 242 at the gym today. Total loss so far is 15 lbs!0

Weight today: 149.5, down 3.2kg from my start weight, though only .6kg down from last Monday.0

I guess for everyone's FYI... I was hovering a little over 200lbs in 2003. I began my weight loss journey then... and made lots & lots of changes.
So, since I've been using myfitnesspal this year (2011), my weight has been bouncing back & forth between 158-164... and I haven't stepped on the scales in about a week! So, that is on my to do list today... will post an update!0 -
I'm late too, my starting weight is 229 lb today. The most I have ever weighed in my life, even when I was pregnant. Depressing.0

I'm at 185.6 today. Down 1.4 lbs from last week. Woot! I even made myself get out of bed and exercise before I did anything else today. I felt accomplished before 9:00a.m. Great feeling! Hope everyone else is losing weight this week. If not, tomorrow is a new day.0

No change for me this week. I am not surprised with Easter and all that chocolate around the house!! I am just glad that I didn't gain!0

Weight today is 172.2 - so its a 7lb 4oz loss so far :-)
