How do you treat it? When do you know if you need surgery? I seem to be getting them alot, like almost once a month. I am not constipated. I think I have enough fiber. But I still get them.

Make sure you drink lots of water. How are you and fat? Fat makes things move a little easier.

If you're not constipated and you can't see a reason for them, go see a doctor. I think they have in-office treatments for them (ligation) once they figure out why they keep flaring up.

I think my fat intake is pretty good.

I saw a doctor about a year ago. She said for me to just soak it and it should go away. I never been back since. It's an embarressing issue and I feel like they don't do anything anyways.
