Hi,
Is it possible to carry over calories to another day? For example I intend on saving 200 calories today but know I am going out for dinner with friends on Saturday. Can I save my left over calories for Saturday? Is is possbible to track this on the website?
Thanks
G

Well calories are not like Roll Over Minutes with AT&T. MFP gives you a certain number a day that you should eat. Going a little over is certainly not going to cause a rip in the space time continuum. If you are going out don't worry too much about going over. If you don't go over every day of the week then one day should be fine. Some people even have a "splurge" day where they pretty much eat what they want. Granted, it might take longer to reach your goals but you should make this fun and about what you feel you need.0
