You'll have lots of weeks like that!

I had a plateau in the first third of my weight loss that lasted nearly a month. I am losing again, now. Pay attention to your long-term patterns and try not to get too hung up on the day-to-day. :)

Yes, you will... I just hit my first one and it's going on 3 weeks at the same weight now. Usually switching up your routine some kind of way will break through that. Yesterday I started working out BEFORE I ate breakfast as opposed to after.... I'll give it a week or two and see what happens...

But dont get discouraged. Keep up with your inches b/c when you may not have lost lbs you might be losing inches. I've only lost about 5 lbs working out for over a month but my jeans went from 18 to a 15!!

Edit: this should be right: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/TrainerRobin/view/myth-or-fact-calories-in-versus-calories-out-3500-calories-one-pound-and-should-i-eat-my-exercise-calories-62012

As you get lighter you need recalculate your goals. Weight loss will get slower. TrainerRobin explains it nicely. This will give you some more calories to eat - very important as you get to healthier weights. Adding more exercise to an already intense routine can just cause more muscle mass loss than fat loss. You have to make sure you are also adding more fuel for those extra workouts.

Unfortunately yes. BUT, you can still lose inches but not lbs. I went a whole month without weight loss but lost about an inch one each measurement. Don't let it discourage you!

Sadly yes, but like everyone here has said...just stick to it and your clothing and mirror will tell you how good you are doing.
