two months progress pics...

i thought since i've had a baby and i'm almost 30, i was just destined to have a flabby mom-belly forever. i had accepted the fact that i would never again wear a bikini in my life. well, one day i just decided i was going to prove to myself that I had control over my body. so i've been on MFP for a little over two months, as well as doing Jillian Michaels 30-day shred, and thought it was time to post some progress pics. still kicking myself for not taking inch measurements when i started, but this is almost 8 pounds gone. pretty proud of that. 
before, taken February 7th, 2011.136lbs

now, taken April 17, 2011. 129lbs.

GREAT job!!! Yet another story that proves the scale isn't the best measurement of our sucess--the change in just your stomach alone I would have guessed more like 15lbs!!! Thanks for sharing--gives me hope that I, also, am truly NOT stuck with the post-baby belly, either :bigsmile: Guess it's back to more hard work...0

EXACTLY! my lowest weight was 123 about 5 years ago, but i am WAY more toned now than I ever was then and feel much better about myself at 129!
also, i'm only 5'3" so a couple of pounds makes a big difference. haha.0 -
