Search the recipes on cookinglight.com. I have used a yummy recipe for meatloaf that was not using turkey. I always use ground sirloin if I make a hamburger dish. Cookinglight.com also has a yummy turkey lasagna recipe.

    Ground Turkey
    Spinach
    Carrots
1 egg white or egg substitute
    Onions
    Garlic

Puree spinach, carrots, and onion then mix all ingredients together. Shape into meatloaf.
Bake for about an hour on 350! It's a great way to add veggies and it tastes YUMMY!!!

This is the one I made a few nights ago and it was good! I made 9 individual servings of this by putting it into a mini muffin pan that I had.

Shady Brook Farms - Ground Turkey 85/15, 1 container (20 ounces ea.)
Quaker Oats Old Fashioned - Oat Meal, 1/4 Cup
    French's - Worchestershire Sauce, 3 tsp
    French's - Classic Yellow Mustard (100% Natural), 3 tsp (5g)
Spices - Onion powder, 1 tbsp
Spices - Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
Kraft - Original Bbq Sauce, 2 tbsp (36g)
Egg Beaters - All Whites, 1/4 Cup
Kraft Natural Shredded Cheese - Cheddar Mild 2% Milk Reduced Fat, 0.5 cup
Schwan's - California Blend Brocolli, Cauliflower, Carrots, 1 cup
Onions - Raw, 0.25 cup, chopped
    Salt and pepper to taste

Put the oatmeal in the food processor and process until it is the consistency of corn meal.
I also put the veggies in the food processor and processed until they were pretty small.
Mix everything together and put in the pan of your choice. Cook at 375 for about 45 minutes if they are in mini-loaf form (probably an hour or more if it is a bigger loaf)

I punched the individual ingredients here into the MFP recipes and set it to make 9 servings and it came out to about 180 calories per serving.
