VALENTINES WEIGHT CHALLENGE (Jan 22nd-Jan 28th)

Thought I'd start this one since I didn't see it anywhere. I was a little worried since I've been sick since last Friday with no exercise and just vegging on the couch.

Started Jan 2: 174 pounds

Last week: 168 pounds

This morning: 167 pounds

Goal (Feb 14th): 159 pounds

Total lost: 7 pounds
Total left: 8 pounds

    I tend to loose weight when I'm sick, but gain it back, then some. Very frustrating. My goa for V-day is not going to happen since it is more than 10 pounds I'd like to loose.

    I want to loose about five more pounds, I had a goal of five but after loosing two in one week I think I can do better so I hoping for five more pounds off.

    lately I've been weighing myself everyday and get frustrated of seeing up and down numbers. Sickens me. I've heard you should do it once a week. I think I will try that so I don't get frustrated everyday. But rather once a week. :happy:

    i hope to be at 210 by v-day that means i will have lost 10ibs in one month, that would make me feel great. ( i started last monday at 220 i am at 218 this week. i am on a good track!) My anniversary is March 5th so my STRETCH goal is to be at a stable 200 by then that would be very awseome!

    Today I was 181.5. I'm not sure what I reported last week, but my Valentine goal is 170. The progress seems slow and that date seems to be coming up quick...

    I'm a little late this week - been sick which is probably why I had such a good weight loss... but I'll take it!

    Last week: 204 lbs
    This week: 199 lbs ( reached my goal of being below 200 by V-Day!!!!!)
    Loss this week: 5 lbs - total lost 9 lbs!

    Hmmm--Valentines is in three weeks.
    I just started this diet on Monday at
    196 lbs so I can make my first goal
    to be under 190 by Valentines.

    Thats funny I just started Monday also.. I guess I should set a goal weight.
    Lets see 182.9 today
    Since 182 is my plateau weight I will hope and reach for 175
    Lets see how we do.

    I started at 321 on Jan 1...three weeks later I am at 308.5.. my goal is to be 290.. that is doable...no problem...Tonight when I was working out (side bar) I was really having to push myself..my program was going from resistance 1 to 2 to 3...3 was tough...4 was coming...I imagined Jillian from BL standing on my machine...She asked me if I had it in me...I told her there was nothing that I could not do...when 4 hit i began to breathe aloud..i asked her "is this it?" I laughed out loud...I started to blog on myspace...so I could get encouragement from my family..at first they did great..but the newness of it wore off..now they just weight till my weigh in pic every tuesday..I really need encouragement...come be my friend...I'll push you if you push me...
