Hi, I'm Nadya :)
I started using mfp as a phone app after christmas, but fell off the wagon a bit! I'm making a fresh start now and would love to meet some people on here for a bit of encouragement to loose the extra 2 stone I'm carrying!

    The hardest part for me is keeping up with the entries! I love that the phone app is always with me to make it a little easier.
