This morning, I decided to create my own breakfast sandwich....
1 Light Thomas English Muffin 100c
1 slice 2% kraft American Cheese 50c
1 piece Oscar Meyer ready to serve canadian bacon 20c
1/4 cup egg white egg beaters 30c

I toasted the English muffin, microwaved the egg beaters and combined it all for my "Egg McMuffin" for only 200 calories! Very filly & delicious!

We make these a lot at our house! I LOVE the Thomas Light muffins. I also heat a piece of fat-free deli ham or just fry an egg white in Pam. And to sub the American cheese, we just started spreading a wedge of Light Laughing Cow cheese on our sandwiches! Yum! And only 30 calories!

Great reminder that you can have a hot, cooked, healthy breakfast!

I eat this often but without the bacon. If you want, next time eat turkey bacon, better choice.

What a good idea. I did this with my MacDonald's addiction, the dreaded large hot mocha. I made my own coffee, a spoonful of bakers cocoa, fat free redi-whip and a drizzle of sugar free chocolate. Now I can indulge in my daily mocha while saving myself loads of empty calories and even a little money every day.
