ok, the only thing you need to make them are a food processor. You could most likely pick up a small one for cheap. All I did was take the skin off some salmon fillets and sprinkle mrs dash over them. It was a lemon pepper seasoning. Then I threw them in the processor till they were ground. I divided it up into four patties and threw them in the panini press. They were awesome. Now, you could put some olive oil on some tin foil and put that on the grill, or put the tin foil in the oven. Then my fam put them on flat bread burger buns and tore into them. Way too easy ,fast, and low cal.
And no they did not fall apart....lol. I hear all the time 'don't you need fat in your meat to make them stick together?'. I have never put fat in my salmon, buffalo, venison, or turkey. I have made burgers and meatballs and never had that issue. If you want to use lean meat don't be afraid of it. If you are concerned about the meat falling apart simply add an egg, or egg white if you are scared of the yolk...lol. It will act like glue ;-)

Yum! I do tuna burgers like that, with an egg, or with bread crumbs. SO good!

I love salmon burgers but the ones I eat (from Trident Wild Alaskan Salmon Burgers from Costco) are kinda salty. I'm definitely going to try this. Thanks.
