Trying to get back into shape... muscular athletic fit wise.. not really trying to lose weight... just get my wind back and my muscular shape back . not currently over weight (currently at around 185-190), actually close to my ideal weight. I just need to add about 10 pounds of muscle and tighten up!

You can see my abs wen i tighten up but need to lose some baby fat I gained recently from slacking off my training...

anyways that's my issue hope everyone success.. By the way this is pretty cool....
