Time for change :)

Hi my name is Dan, I'm 25, I live in the UK and I'm a father of two. Over the years iv put on a lot of weight and not really cared. But recently iv noticed that it's effecting my day to day activities i.e. playing with my kids, walking places etc.. So yea I feel it's time for me to get back into shape and to take a little pride in myself before things get out of hand.

Two weeks ago I weighed 266lbs and now I weigh 261. My goal weight is 205lbs. I'm pretty happy with my 5lb loss and hope I can keep it up :)

I'm also lookin for friends to help me along my journey so feel free to add me
