hello, i'm bonnie and i'm a new member.. i was on weight watchers previously for 3 months and it just didn't click with me. i'm hoping that this will help me understand a little better with seeing the calories rather than a point.

  • I just joined today as well. I have lost 70 lbs since July using another program which I love and has taught me very healthy habits, but I wanted to use the tracking and journalling and join some friends on this site. Good luck to you. Learning to eat when hungry and stop when full... Making healthy choices... I've learned that the journey is the reward...
  • Hi there, I had also used Weight Watchers in the past before using this program. I like being able to see my calories rather than points. This program is also nice because it has almost all foods. There have only been 2 items I have had to add and I have been using myfitnesspal off and on for about 9 mo now. I have found keeping track of my calories really does help in my weight loss journey.
