Very first ever NSV!!

Okay so it may not be much but...I was able to walk over 3 miles today on a nature trail near where I live without stopping or getting short of breath. In fact, I was able to talk to my trainer throughout the ENTIRE walk!! A month ago I'd have barely been able to walk one whole mile, and I would've had to stop halfway on that to take a break!! So excited!! :) And I know there's just more to come from here!
