New guy but already seeing results..

Finally filled out my profile today even though I'm getting close to my second full week on the site. I joined up to get back into shape for rugby this summer and have already seen results...

Week 1 - Goal of just making sure to document food every day - 8lbs lost before one session of exercise
Week 2 & 3 - Start meeting my exercise goals - Just went on a 4 mile hike today that had 1200 ft of elevation change!

For me this journey has little to do with the number on the scale and EVERYTHING to do with forming healthy exercise habits. I need working out to be on par with brushing teeth. I love the format of this site and it's helped me make my pretty healthy existing diet work better for me because I'm now more aware of portion sizing!

Good luck to everyone! I'm stoked to report my upcoming Sunday weigh-in! Also I plan to post information about my rugby training and practices as soon as I hit the pitch again in a month or so!
