Hey! My name is Jenna, and I'm a junior in college getting my BSN in nursing. I'm just looking for other people who are in college to be good motivation to stay fit and eat healty. Especially with finals week approaching I'm trying to exercise more instead of having my usual library date with ben and jerry's ice cream.

  • Finals are tuff I just finshed mine, and the whole time all I wanted was sugar to stay awake.

    Just take a break when you can, and do something like walking I can't really go outside, and walk here because of the weather so I just walk around my house or at school. Good luck with everything! :)
  • I'm a junior at EWU and am just about to hit my midterms. What I do to help keep the weight down is throw away ALL junk food a week or two before a stressful test week. If I don't I will eat it all, without a doubt! When I'm feeling overwhelmed with the amount of studying I know I SHOULD be doing but am not I go for a run, lift some weights, or go cycling. This helps me forget about school for a little bit and once I'm home and showered its much easier to transition into doing HW. Oh and after a hard study session I also try to go to the gym and try to burn off the stress and tension that's been build up. :)
