I just did my first day of Jillian Michael's 30-day Shred, but cannot find it in the database here to log it. Where do I find it??

I use a heartrate moniter and manually enter it in my exercises.0

I read somewhere that if you do the first level log it as circuit training 20 minutes...second level 25 minutes...and 3 level 30 minutes. What I have been doing instead of that though is just counting my pulse for 10 seconds every 20 minutes of my workout multiply those numbers by 6 and then average the numbers together. This website will tell you how many calories you've burned....http://www.braydenwm.com/calburn.htm0
