Last 5lbs?

I've worked really hard over the past 6 months to lose some weight, improve my eating habits and in general, become a healthier person, but I am so stuck at the last 5 or so lbs of fat. My calorie consumption is consistantly at 1300/day, and I do interval training for 25 min 5x a week. I've heard that the 5 or 10 pounds can be some of the most stubborn to work off, does anyone have suggestions of what I can do? Thanks so much!
