heart rate monitor

hi, im in uk, can some please recomend a reasonable priced heart rate monitor/ calorie counter. when i exercise on my treadmill then log on here theres a big difference in calories burned, so i would like something more accurate, gratefull for any sugesstions :happy:

Target Fitness does relatively cheap monitors. Look on amazon.0

I use a Sigma PC15 - it was about £30 from amazon and does the trick0

Good for you! A heart rate monitor helps a lot.
I'm happy with Polar as a brand. For a basic one almost any brand should be fine. Expect to pay £20 to £30.
