I joined the site by accicent using my mobile and so glad I did! It is the best free site I have come across and being able to log workouts (gym etc) is fab. I just hope my enthusiasm doesn't wane this time!

    I believe it won't! This site has a very strong community and you will quickly become an mfp addict, as I am.
