Finally feeling like the difference is noticeable. My highest weight was 196, first picture here was when I had lost 5 pounds. I lost 5 more then fell off the wagon over the holidays and gained back 3. Then February came and something clicked and made me see I had to change my life. Found this site and I am taking care of business now! Since starting here I have lost 27 pounds.
