Hey all! I have been using this site for a couple of weeks now and haven't introduced myself yet so I thought I would take the time to do so now. I'm 24 and have been struggling with a weight gain of about 50 pounds that I have put on in the last couple of years... poor eating habits, break-ups, a sweet tooth and general laziness on my part are all to blame. But, I am starting to eat healthier and have been working out a lot and I already feel better although I haven't started to see results yet. My goal is to get rid of this weight slowly by eating healthy and exercising, but sometimes I lack motivation, especially when I can't see the change that my body is going through. I'm hoping that by adding buddies on this site, we can keep each other motivated and push each other through the struggles and plateaus of weight loss. Feel free to add me if you'd like. Thanks! Have a great day!

I know its hard to stay motivated when you don't see results. I know for me I had to start taking measurements and well as track my weight, this allowed me to see changes more often. Keep up the good work it will all pay off!!! Feel free to add me and we can keep each other motivated!!
Have a good day.0
