I log my weight on Saturdays also.I started the diet on a Saturday so I have stuck to that.0

I weigh in on saturday mornings, weekends are hard for me diet wise because I am at home with the young'uns and checking my weight then helps me stay focused. :bigsmile:0

Weekend are hard for me too ! Saturday morning for me too ! So tempted to check now , but had breakfast,lunch snack and 4 glass of water and two glasses of coffee ! :bigsmile:0

I usually weigh my self on Mondays. That way, I can try to stay on target for the WHOLE weekend. Doesn't always work out that way, but I don't really want to change what I have started0

Does anyone do anything b-4 ( night b-4 or morning of ) getting on the scale ? For example I try to take most of the heavy things I have on , wait to eat breakfast, wear my hair in a ponytail, and make sure the scale is in the same place I weighed in last week !0

I always weigh myself on Monday morning before I shower and have breakfast (haha). My scale is always in the same place, too. Although I find that taking my measurements is much more fruitful than weighing myself.0

Anyone want to look at the food I am eating and let me know what I am doing wrong go right ahead... You will see I am breastfeeding , but not sure if she is even getting any milk from me. I do not pump nor do I have one so I only occasionally take some calories off for breastfeeding & you can see that in my diary.0
