There is no way to lose fat from specific areas, you can build muscle but it wont cause fat loss. The best thing to do is just lower your body fat percentage overall and that will cause a reduction in the areas you want to see a change in. Go for fat burning cardio, strength building and a lot of fresh veggies and lean proteins.0

You won't be able to spot reduce fat, but you'll be able to tone muscles underneath. Don't expect visible differences if those areas are well-padded.
Fat loss is hormonally controlled and hormones go everywhere in the body. So fat loss happens from everywhere in the body.
Sanity check: runners don't have ridiculously thin legs for their size, for example.
For muscle tone, visit other people's links, I'm sure they're good.0 -
Yoga would be good, the plank is great for your stomach. I do 5 basic and 5 advanced sun salutations every morning including many planks.
I warm up with this one

then do this one

They also have a specific video for toning your core

Hope this helps!0 -
Love handles are one of the hardest to get rid of but a combo of cardio and resistance will help. Doing ab crunches for the obliques will help push fat by gaining muscle and burning it off with cardio exercising! Using a medicine ball is great while going from side to side. With the back area going on your stomach doing superman is really beneficial because it helps strengthen your core. For your lower abs try bicycles, they are hard but extremely worth it! Hope that helps a little!0
