    Potatoes, rice, pasta and everything high on carbs had to go. Shame, because I got chocolate for Easter. Anybody wants it? ;-)

    TV for exercise (walking, playing with my daughter, & gardening)
    Coffee w/cream & sugar to black green tea or water
    Potato chips to pita chips or veggie straws
    Meat (red or pork) to tofu or soy meat substitutes, chicken, turkey or seafood

    Balsamic vinegar for light dressing. Lot's of taste without all the sodium!
    Water w/lemon, unsweetened ice tea or hot tea for almost everything I use to drink (such as juice)
