I'm a saltaholic! I don't feel tempted at all by sweets. The sweetest thing I would eat is some 70% cocoa chocolate squares, even then I can only stand 2 squares! For desert I would rather have more dinner!
  • Not a big fan of salt, so sweet it is...

Salty. If I have something sweet, I often have to cap it off with something salty.
  • SWEEEEEEEEEET! That's why I'm going low-carb... have to break my "addiction". Love sweet and salty combos like chocolate covered pretzels, yummm

    Salty most definitely!

I used to joke that I loved deepfried salted anything. :)

But now, those are occasional treats. And even then, I'm finding my taste buds are changing, and it doesn't taste as good as it looks, and it makes me feel bloated and sluggish.

Lately, I've been enjoying Emerald's "Sweet & Salty" mixed nut blend. 150 Cal per 1/4 cup serving. Sometimes my goto snack for the middle of the afternoon.
    :)
