Low Cal Flat Bread Pizza
This can be made even lower calorie by substituting fat free cheese, but I don't believe in fat free cheese .
1 Flat Out Bread Healthy Grain w/Flax Wrap
1/4 cup Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
1/2 cup 2% Mozzarella (like Sargento)
1/4 cup Marinara Sauce
1 tbsp Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp Dried Basil
Broil Flat Out Bread lightly on both sides, just to brown it a little. Spread ricotta on the wrap first, then marinara. Top with mozzarella, parmesan, and basil. Broil a couple minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy.
You can add lowfat chicken breast, turky pepperoni, or chicken sausage for extra calories, fat, and protein. You can also add peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, or any other veggie you choose.

I did this yesterday and the sodium was around 800, until I added canadian bacon. Still the calorie count was nice.0

The sodium count completely depends on the cheese and marinara you use. You could definitely make it lower sodium than I did!
The Flat Out Bread has 420 mg
Sargento Mozzarella has 420 mg
Prego Traditional Marinara 210 mg
Lucerne Part Skim Ricotta 150 mg
Kraft Parmesan 40 mg
Total is 1265 mg.0 -
I rememebering finding many good recipes on Jame Oliver videos. He has great videos where you can find out how to make good food in only about half an hour. It it takes more than that, it's not worth it0

I do this too, but use a tortilla instead of flatbread0
