A few weeks ago, someone posted all the measurements and math need to calculate body fat percentage which I thought was really useful, so I bumped it. Or so I thought. I can't seem to find that thread again and was hoping someone could repost it. Pretty please?

Seems fairly accurate for me...I would recommend getting at least a 7-fold pinch test to validate.0
