Hello,

I am looking to purchase some resistance bands and I don't know if I should or if there is a difference between them....

    Are you looking for bands w/ or w/o handles? If with....I got mine from "Barry's Bootcamp" & love it. Came w/ three different resistant bands to choose from.

    useful things, and esp like if you can't make it to the gym. The different colors signify different resistance levels, so I'd say try them out and then pick one. you can always wrap it around multiple times to increase resistance as well.

    I have some great ones with interchangable handles, so you buy a few resistances and a pair of handles to switch out. They get some of those fibers weights don't because you focus so much on form and core while using bands! I got mine at sports authority. I am pleased!

    TRX and Bodylastic have good bands. You can check them out online. You can buy bands and handles at Sports Authority as well.
