Getting tired of feeling tired and bloated. Gonna make some changes. Starting out with a goal weight loss of about 35lbs. I'm 5' 10"/ 235-ish now. I'm gonna start with the basics of watching what I put into my body and going to also get a handle on portion control. The weather is getting better here in MI so that'll mean more walks and bike rides too.
