This is my gift to you:drinker:

I can't live without Mexican food. Plain and simple. This is my favorite recipe of all time. It tastes just like my favorite restaurant. I eat it with cilantro lime rice made in the rice cooker.

4 chicken breasts
28 oz tomatos sauce
2 onions chopped
2 TBS chili powder
2 TBS paprika
2 TBS cumin
2 TBS onion powder
2 TBS garlic powder or fresh is good too
2 TBS cayenne powder

Cook on high for 6 hours in a crock pot. It will fall apart when you poke it.

I measure out 4 oz servings and separate the sauce into each. The left over sause goes in the freezer for a later meal.

Hope you like it :)

lol, me too! But the food sounds yummy
  • Not that this doesn't sound delicious, but I was hoping this would be a post about Mark Sanchez. Because y'know, he's Mexican... and I love him. Oh well. Maybe I'll make some Mexican chicken instead.

I live in New Mexico where we call what you call Mexican food, New Mexican or local cuisine. lol I love everything with green chili on it.

If you have never tried it, get some chili (green or red) and put it on baked or mashed potatoes. It is heaven for chili lovers.

I love Cesar Milan. I know, he's married and too short for me...too young for me......now I'm sad.

I love Mex food, though! Beans and rice - nom nom.

    Thanks for the recipe!
