Over on sugar and protein

I have entered everything into my food diary for the day and will be over on my sugar and protein. All the sugar is from natural things ( Mostly veg, one piece of fruit).

Should I still be trying to stay under sugar for the day? What about protein?

    I go over as well. but that is because I am using slim fast. I personally don't think it is a big deal because I am WAY under than I was. I was a big mt dew freak. I am not the best person to answer, but that is my opinion.

    I wouldn't worry about it. Especially if you didn't go over that much. Protein is a good thing to push up especially if you are working out. Sugar can be bad but if its good sugar like the stuff you are eating I wouldn't worry. :)
  • I was told not to worry about the overage on the sugar..... especially from the fruit veggies or other HEALTHY snacks.........Not really a big deal unless you are a diabetic.
